LatteVíctor Manuel Bolea was the winner of the second edition of the Championship called Latte Latte organized by Cafés Toscaf hold in MOMA on May the 26st. Victor was the last one - among 6 - to perform. He showed two espressos, two cappuccions to the judges, all of them with 100% Colombian coffee of Toscaf. Later he prepared his amazing drinks - one without alcohol called "Tonicafe interactivo". A drink in a cup of champagne done out of espresso, liquid sugar cane, ice and a bit of tonica. His signature drink with alcohol - over a mango skewer he pured coffee mixted with sugar, a bit of apple tea with cinnamon and angostura in cups decorated with flares.

Victor Manuel Bolea got a price of 6000€ and he pointed out the friendship existing with all competitors. Susana Ahedo, Raúl Alonso, Gary Enriquez, Oscar Fernández and Honorio García were the other baristas who showed their coffee skills and their imagination about creating their signature drinks. The competitors had everything under control, music they used for their performance, the table decoration for the judges where they had to show their drinks. The technique to prepare coffee as well as keep their working place clean as much as possible. A barista cannot do without these aspects during the performance - 16 min for preparing four types of drinks. A head judge, a technical judge and two sensorial ones had to evaluate their work. Miguel Fernández, responsible of La Spaziale at Late Latte was the head judge,  Víctor Rico, technical manager of was the technical one and the different sensorial judges were Carmen de Juan, Manager of SGS Qualicafé; Eufrasio Sánchez, food critic of Gourmentour; José María Morote, representative of ICONA Café; Lara Suárez, Quality manager at Cafés Toscaf and Nacho Manzano (Casa Marcial), cook who achieved two Michelin stars
