Our Director - Jon Willassen - was invited to take part at the fair in the event Fine Food. The food market is developping very fast in Russia due the demand of the consumer thanks to their increase of purchase power. This event is mainly one of the first steps of many international companies to step in the Russian market and part of their promotional activities. More than 1.000 exhibitors from 55 countries will take part and more than 50.000 visitors are expected to come. The task of our Director was a Roasting training for the gourmet roasters of Russia. We collaborated with the Russia SCAE Association. Training envolved all levels - basis, advanced and professional. The Russian market is very demanding, that's the reason why a good training is law. Thanks a lot to SCAE Russia for this opportunity to get to know more in detail their market and it was a pleasure to collaborate with them.
