FINCAS DE CAFÉ.  In the same way that each vineyard create s its own wine, each farm produces its own coffee, with unique characteristics, guaranteeing the end consumer that they will always remain unchanged.

Plantation coffees vary according to where they are grown and differ from commercial coffees in that they are never blended with coffees from other plantations or regions and never pass through countless hands of exporters, intermediaries and unfamiliar warehouses: they go directly from where they are grown to the roaster who has chosen them.
When you purchase plantation coffee, in addition to the product’s high quality, you become a direct contributor to the continuity of coffee traditions as they have been maintained from generation to generation. Since part of the price you pay goes toward social projects and environmental conservation, you collaborate directly in both of these important areas.
In our company you have at your disposal a team committed to helping you to make this a reality.
We wish to express our thanks to all the people at State Street Coffee, and especially to their president Mr. Victor Janovich, as well as the group of small and mid-size roasters participating in the project, as without their support it would never have been possible.
We are a group of people distributed among various coffee-producing countries who have come together with the goal of marketing coffees with specific characteristics determined by the geographic location of the plantations, for the sector of high-quality cafés and restaurants and specialty shops.
The project has as its model the one implanted by State Street Coffee ( www.statestreetcoffee.com ) in Nicaragua, the first Central American company to be certified according to the strict ISO-14000 norms, based on both social and environmental sustainability and including systems of product traceability.
According to the World Commission for Environment and Development (CMMAD, 1998), “sustainable development is that which meets the needs of the current generation without compromising the ability of future generations to meet their own needs”.
And traceability is defined as “tracking each stage of the chain of production, manipulation, elaboration, warehousing and distribution of coffee”. The idea is to control the origin and legitimacy of the products from the cultivation of the plant until the end consumer’s cup, passing through all the stages in between. Traceability guarantees the quality of the final product.
To take maximum advantage of the virtues of every coffee, our quality control department will advise you on the adequate roasting profile and the different types of coffee you can combine to obtain the appropriate blend for your market, bearing in mind, however, that from a single-origin coffee you can also obtain a good espresso
