Consultancy
IECAFE advises coffee growers and processors about different procedures, from the agriculture point to the depulping, fermenting and drying methods. The sustainable agricultural processes are very important to us. We audit each farm from the pont of view like viability, and above all, to help them to achieve very special coffees for the worlds' great speciality coffee buyers who are very aware of the organoleptic aspects of coffee. 

Quality Control / Sample Analysis
IECAFE can act as quality controllers between seller and buyer in order to minimize tisks inherent in purchasing green coffee. We analyze samples of both green and roasted coffee issuing a report taking into consideration various aspects like screen size, colours, visual and organoleptic summary. We create blends for differente market sectors, devoloping a complete procedure for each product, from the appropriate roasting profile to the ideal grind, to assure perfect brewing. We advise different companies specialized in vending, single-dose manufacturers, commercial chains and roasters who wish to sell coffees with specific characteristics. 

New training centres
IECAFE helps to set up new training centres in order to promote coffee education and coffee culture on national and international basis. Our trainers run courses in our facilities as well as others where our assistance is needed (kitchen aulas, hotel and restaurant schools, etc). Our aim is to promote coffee culture, both on professional and consumer level. Our goal is quite easy - we want to drink good coffee - we know that good coffee exists - let's do the rest. 

Miscellaneous products (barista accessories, roasters)
IECAFE can provide with a wide range of products for baristas and other coffee professionals. Accessories as simple as tampers in differente diameters are not easy to find, milk jars, latte art sets, shot glasses, balances and even coffee roasters with inside smoke elimination systems.
