The coffee cherry has been considered for a long time as a waste product, used in many cases as compost, fertilizer, or animal feed.
Our aim is to change and promote this product with the goal of improving the quality of life of small producers from several regions of Central America, improving their productivity and profitability.
The final product is the result of more than three years of research and development full of striving, hard work and great dedication that nowadays is having a great acceptance among worldwide consumers.
