Treatment of user data
When the user provides their personal data using our forms or contact e-mails, is expressly authorizing Fundación Instituto Español de Café to the automated processing of their Personal Data in order to meet their requests for services. Fundación Instituto Español de Café will include the data provided by the user in a file of its ownership that will have all the necessary security measures and required by the current regulations on data protection. The Spanish Coffee Institute Foundation will not give or communicate to third parties the data collected without the express consent of the user, except in the case that the communication is necessary to provide the service that the user has requested. The user may exercise their rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition by writing to the Spanish Institute of Coffee Foundation responsible for the file, located on Mare Terra Coffee.
