KENYA: We shall present microlots of washed coffees that not only represent different parts of the country (Machakos, Muranga, Kiambu, Kirinyaga and Nyeri), but also the work of the cooperatives of coffee growers and small independent farmers: enterprising families that have chosen to work outside the structure of the cooperative.
ETHIOPIA: We propose to you a cupping full of brilliant, floral and fruity notes typical of this origin, from its principal regions: Yirgacheffe, Sidamo, Kaffa and Guji.
You will also discover the unique and exotic profiles of the experiments we have carried out in the past few years with Sidamo coffees, with different processes and types of fermentation.
